Update calibration lines for post June 2024 TS

Michel De Cian requested to merge decianm-updateCalibrationLinesPostJuneTS2024 into 2024-patches
  • Rename VeloNoiseLine to DetectorNoiseLine, put prescale of 20%, use raw banks of zero-suppressed detectors (VP, UT, SciFi, Rich)
  • Only save VP raw banks for BGI lines.

@cocov Is the prescale for the Velo tomography line ok, i.e. did you get enough events in the data taken so far? The last time I had a look it seemed that nothing was actually passed offline (?)
