Fix the ci-test for matching with ut

The allen_gaudi_seed_and_match_with_mcchecking was initially created to test hlt1_pp_matching_no_ut, but it actually point to hlt1_pp_matching (with UT), I correct this and add new test for hlt1_pp_matching (with UT) in Moore. Also update the input file to default_input_and_conds_hlt1
