Add x86_64_v3 specific dd4hep ref for test_ft_vp_cluster_conversions_and_selection

Adds x86_64_v2 and x86_64_v3 specific ref files for fix-refs-test_track_cluster_conversions_and_selection test for dd4hep. Specific logs already exist for DetDesc and appear OK. Current dd4hep log is valid for x86_64_v3 only.

@msaur FYI This is another ref clean up, a rather simple one in this case.
