Fix Bc->BsX decay descriptors for self-conjugate Bs children

For the SLB B_c \to B_sX lines, there was an unnecessary 'cc' in the decay descriptors in self-conjugate B_s decays. This was causing an unnecessary doubling in the number of candidates.
