Draft: possibilty to use PGun simulation in Moore

Sevda Esen requested to merge sevda-pgun-for-moore into 2024-patches

Use RecVertex directly from the simulation instead of running pv reconstruction, same for Allen. Both for hlt1 and hlt2, input_process=PGun should be specified.
