Add CALO clusters and digits to RD lines with electrons and/or neutrals
Add CALO clusters and digits to lines using neutral pions, photons or electrons. Running over 100K HLT1-filtered events the results are:

Therefore the current increase to the bandwidth is of around 36 MB/s.
A check on some of the single modules has also been performed (e.g. b_to_v0ll_hlt2,baryonic_radiative), an increase between 10% and 15% is usually observed when adding the calorimeter information, coherent with the change of the all RD.
