Updating BuToKShhh lines. Change spruce cuts to match hlt2 cuts.

Pablo Baladron Rodriguez requested to merge bnoc_run3_pbaladrospruce into bnoc_run3

The sprucing line cuts were too soft. Changing these cuts to the ones studied for the hlt2 lines, tighter cuts ensuring uniform PHSP acceptance. The KS container is also changed to use the one from BnoC.
