Update hyperons

Tune hyperon lines after looking at 2024 data. Add a few lines with low rate.

Tested rates by running the hyperon module on mdf dumps of runs 300577, 300579, 300580, 300581, 300582.
Old rate:

LAZY_AND: moore        #=711351  Sum=4481        Eff=|(0.6299281 +- 0.00938062)%|

New rate:

LAZY_AND: moore        #=711351  Sum=1608        Eff=|(0.2260487 +- 0.00563077)%|

Change in bandwidth (old - new)

Bandwidth difference: (24 -10) MB/S = ~14 MB/s
