Enlarging mass windows for B2cc lines

This is due to the fact that relatively tighter mass windows on the B and Jpsi sculpting the background shape when DTF is applied. This is ugly and not using DTF or having this yucky background will cause endless discussions that we should avoid.

so the selection for the colors, blue is RD selections, red is Jpsi

                            vtx_m_min=2950. * MeV,
                            vtx_m_max=3250. * MeV,

while B+ is

        comb_m_min=5000 * MeV,
        comb_m_max=6000 * MeV,

and the pink is what we have currently Jpsi_M<3250 && Jpsi_M>2950 && B_M<5450 && B_M>5150
