Implementation of Sprucing line for H' -> μ μ with T tracks, selecting on Hlt2QEE_HtoMuMu_TTFull full stream, to include T tracks lines in Sprucing for the first time.

Targeting qee_upgrade but if that gets merged will target 2024-patches

Testing QEE Sprucing on HLT2 full stream on data COLLISION24-run291820, input rate 533 kHz, 10k events, before and after the changes. BW difference = 0.62 MB/s
