Draft: Add calibration lines for single kaon asymmetry
This MR adds a "velo -> long" calibration line for D(s)+ -> phi pi, with phi -> KK, with one of the kaons as velo track.
It is tuned to be below 100Hz. I want to further tune:

Only presist the long tracks, instead of PersistReco -
Add filtering on overlap
This is for the August MD deadline.
