Improve D0 -> 4h efficiency

Loosen the DOCA requirement on the D0 daughters to improve the selection efficiency.

Here is the max DOCA distribution for signal and background before this MR, with the cut at 100 um d0-to-4h-doca-max.pdf d0-to-hhhh-mass.pdf

(plots produced with /eos/lhcb/grid/prod/lhcb/anaprod/lhcb/LHCb/Collision24/DVTUPLE_D0_TO_HHHH.ROOT/00232410/0000/00232410_00000001_1.dvtuple_d0_to_hhhh.root, comparing events within and outside [1840, 1888] MeV)

The BW increases by 40%, corresponding to around 9 MB/s, calculating using the first snippet here.
