SLB: Adding new Omegab and Xib SL lines

Adding new SL lines:

  1. Xi_b- -> Xi_c0 (-> p K- K- pi+) tau-(pipipinu) nu, HLT2 BW 0.00268 GB/s
  2. Omega_b- -> Omega_c0 tau-(pipipinu) nu, HLT2 BW 0.032 GB/s

I tested single lines locally without considering the overlap.
