BandQ development towards September deadline

Consists of:

Moore!3769 which tigtens cuts for charmonium Xsec lines.

B&Q internal deadline: 20th Aug

LHCb deadline: 1 Sept

For pp data after September MD (2 weeks of data taking)

Primarily for bug fixes and selection adjustments. We do not anticipate any increase in bandwidth.

Please report your plans at the B&Q working group meeting if you wish to add new lines.
