Fix the configuration of the OSVertexCharge tagger

  • use long and upstream pions as inputs to the OSVertexCharge tagger

This MR goes together with Rec!4049 (closed) which fixes the OSVertexCharge tagger and DaVinci!1144 (merged) which add the OSVertexCharge tagger to the list of default taggers which are tupled in DaVinci. This MR impacts the integration test which is fixed in LHCbIntegrationTests!78 (merged).
