Baseline Hlt2 strategy for PbPb and PbSMOG2 2024
MR to prepare the 2024 heavy ion data taking
Due to the large improvement of the baseline reconstruction performance and its much higher tracking efficiency especially at very high multiplicity (times 2 for track eff) we choose to go back to this one (in 2023 we used fastreco). Thus, two hlt2 reco binds were created just in case.
For PbPb:
- Keep hadronic PbPb + UPC lines as they were in 2023
For PbSMOG2:
- With the addition of the ghost reduction thks to UT we can have a proper hlt2 strategy
- The physics case almost identical to the pSMOG2 -> tune the lines from pSMOG2
Need new PbPb ghostprob weight -> goes with lhcb-datapkg/ParamFiles!109 (merged) New TestDBfiles from PbPb and PbAr simulation are in MR lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig!443 (merged). New throughput tests configured in lhcb-core/LHCbNightlyConf!1252.
