Tighten cuts to reduce max combinations for

(1) BsToJpsiKstar

  • change pi_PIDK from [< 0] to [< -5]
  • change K_PIDK from [> 0] to [> 5]

and

(2) BsToJpsif0Prescaled

  • change the prescale factor from 0.03 to 0.01
