Remove BdToPipPim_NoPID Turbo line

We can remove the BdToPipPim_NoPID HLT2 line, as a clone of it (BdToPipPim_NoPID_Full) lives in the FULL stream with more persistency settings. I have to do the last checks to make sure that we are not missing anything with the Full + Sprucing line, then this can be merged.

It will remove some ~20 MB/s from the bandwidth.
