Add low-k Lc-p femtoscopy line

Addresses #840.

• Increases the minimum proton momentum to 10 GeV for prompt photons in femtoscopy lines
• Prescales the Lambda_c + p femtoscopy line by 0.5
• Adds an unprescaled low-k* Lambda_c + p line.
