Tune d24h lines
Tightens cuts on D->4H lines. Should reduce the rate by a factor of 3,4:
- Make mass window of D symmetric at +/-60MeV (rather than -60+120)
- Tighten PT cut on the D to 3GeV
- Tighten vertex chi2 from 12 to 4.5 (probably the 12 was a mistake - as the prompt had tighter cut than SL)
- Add SumPT > 3.5GeV
- Tighten BPVFDCHI2 to >50
Decided by looking at recent AP output. Should be around 95% efficient on signal while removing ~ 75% of background.
