Disable all charm cross-section lines

The measurement of charm cross-sections requires only few pb-1 of data before it's systematically limited.

We already have plenty of data taken in 2024, and we could reenable the lines for a short period in 2025 in case the detector conditions and data reconstruction improve in the next months.

Hopefully this helps solving #840 without impacting our physics output.
