Fix unnecessary ]cc in decay descriptors of hemu lines with Bs->Phi (emu) same sign

FYI @matzeni , @mramospe . We can certainly wait to merge it as the phi emu lines has not issues apparently, and is not on the top scorer. From the monitoring plots it looks like the lines might be consistently throw multiple candidates. But i have not double checked properly.
