Sprucing MC : FULL HLT2 line filter applied

Nicole Skidmore requested to merge SpruceMC into 2024-patches

HLT2 MC outputs a single stream. In data the Sprucing only runs over the FULL stream. Here we apply a filter at the top node to select only events that passed HLT2 FULL lines. Uses LAZY_AND logic
