BandQ tcc exclusive line

This mr is for bandq tcc exclusive line.

Tcc -> D0 D0 pi+

The D0 meson selection are copied from Moore/Hlt/Hlt2Conf/python/Hlt2Conf/lines/charm/d0_to_hh.py with selections loosened. For now, only D0 -> K pi is added.

The bachelor pi+ has no specific selections added.

Problem(Solved):

The offline compile of moore is passed. But with the a modified test script /Moore/Hlt/Hlt2Conf/options/examples/b_to_open_charm/spruce_b2oc_example.py, the output of this line is empty. The log file of the script is also added and will be removed later.

ToDo:

• Remove the test scripts
• Remove the log file
• Add D0 -> hhhh + D0 -> hhhh
• Add D0 -> hh + D0 -> hhhh
• Merge two tcc_exclusive file into one

Test with this scipt and evt_max=100,000. The output of the new lines

The delta size of the ouput dst is 2.56 MB, bandwidth cost estimation

2.56 MB*45.1 kHz/ 100000 = 1.15 MB/s
