SLB - Merge request ahead of EoY resprucing 2024
This MR collects all the MRs the SLB WG will have for the EoY resprucing deadline. So far they are:
- !3938 (merged) - Add isolated tracks and neutrals to B -> pi pi mu nu lines, implement prescale for ss and fake mu lines: expected increase in BW
- !3945 (merged) - Adding isolation to the BtoD+munu lines: expected increase in BW
- !3950 (merged) - Removing isolation on D+e lines: expected reduction in BW
- !3972 (merged) - Changes to SLB_BuToD0ENu lines: expected reduction in BW
- !3990 (merged) - Fix to some typos in line names: should not affect BW
- !3998 (merged) - Adding extra PV tracks to some lines: expected increase in BW
- !4002 (merged) - Adding isolation and tuning B23Lnu lines: expected reduction in BW
- !4004 (merged) - Adding isolation for some muonic modes: expected increase in BW
