I updated the references on all platforms for Rec!1937 (merged) after we saw these counter mismatches in the nightlies: https://lhcb-nightlies.web.cern.ch/logs/tests/nightly/lhcb-head/2506/x86_64-centos7-gcc9-opt/Moore/#failures_49.

Marked as WIP because despite there being only 4 failed tests across the various platforms, this seems to change 26 reference files!

Goes with Rec!1937 (merged).
