Reduce bandwidth of BnoC BdsToRhoRho line

This MR aims to reduce the bandwidth of the BnoC HLT2 line BdsToRhoRho which seems to have exploded into the 11th most bandwidth-heavy line since the recent changes (see here e.g.)

Measure bandwidth on 5 files from /eos/lhcb/wg/rta/WP3/mdfs_hlt1filtered_307586/ with input rate 1.3 MHz for 30 000 events

Starting bandwidth: 31.1 MB/s

Tuned bandwidth: 11.0 MB/s
