Implementing ghost probability weights for PbPb reco without UT

Ivan Cambon Bouzas requested to merge jcambonb_PbPbgprob_nout into 2024-patches

New NN weights for ghost track rejection for PbPb reconstruction without UT are implemented at hlt2_tracking.py. This is added due to the recommendations of monitoring people for the next heavy ion run in case that the UT becomes unstable during the first runs
