Fix test timeouts in reading remote files
Use files at CERN as opposed to other GRID sites to improve the reliability of the tests (in particular the hlt2_reco_calo_from_dst test).
Also increase sensitivity limit for multitreaded test in order to solve some remaining occasional failures (hlt2_reco_baseline_multi_threaded test)
