SLB Nov Hackathon: Add selective persistence (charged particles) + neutral to all spruce lines

Abhijit Mathad requested to merge AM_iso into SLB-Nov24-hackathon

Store charged particles and neutral for all spruce lines.

Increase in Spruce bandwidth by 35% (estimated from 50k events running over minimum bias MC i.e. expected_2024_min_bias_hlt1_filtered_v2). When running over 200 events from nominal mu data I see 68% increase. Lets confirm the actual number with a CI test

In both cases the increase is large! We have to check with all other MRs. One option is to disable neutral isolation for most lines (though the exact fraction of event size due to neutrals needs to be determined).
