Draft: Apply mass cuts under alternative hypotheses for b_to_hhll
Currently contains a draft for the mechanism by which to apply the cut on the hhll invariant mass using the \pi\pi\ell\ell and pp\ell\ell mass hypotheses. not for merge added whilst in prototyping.
