Replace BPV with OWNPV for SL lines and builders

Replace generally across the builders BPV functors with OWNPV counterpart. This should tackle #868 for SL WG

From a quick grep on the semileptonic directory, there are no more places left with BPV related functors.

I also updated docstrings for some SL builders 🙂
