B2OC selections development for 2025

• increase the mass range of D+- and Ds+- to [1790, 1950] MeV and [1890, 2050] MeV, respectively
• increase mass window for B->Dh, D->KS/KL h h pi0, !4241 (merged), see https://indico.cern.ch/event/1496165/contributions/6304107/attachments/2992894/5272757/b2oc-250109.pdf
• add isolation configuration to B2OC HLT2, see !4265 (merged)
• update generic B hadron NN training file, see !4374 (merged)
• increase / set the BdToD0PiPiSB_D0ToHH prescale to 0.25
• replace Hlt2B2OC_B_SigmaNet_Run3-v3.json in ParamFiles because the current version has the OLD functors for the training variables
• change B VERTEX CHI2DOF from <20 to <10 + fix typo F.OWNDIRA => F.OWNPVDIRA, see !4415 (merged)
• fix to B to DDh lines, see !4333 (merged)
• move one problematic line with Ks from TT from hlt2 to spruce, see !4422 (merged)
• adding iso, PV, FT variables, see !4380 (merged)
• undo !4422 (merged) because of the problems described here, !4448 (merged)
• tune (reduce) the D / Ds mass range for a few B2D(s)K/Pi lines, !4439 (merged)
• add 3 new hlt2 lines, !4433 (merged)
• move some DDh lines to HLT2, !4432 (merged)
• tighten BPVVDRHO for charm mesons in DDh lines, !4425 (merged)
