Fix test following Allen!1857

Due to the addition of two new SMOG2 HLT1 lines, allen_mdf_write_for_hlt2 fails because of a different number of SMOG2 lines.

As the new lines already satisfy the HLT1 SMOG filter, just changing the number of lines in the .qmt

Goes with Allen!1857 (merged)
