Update D -> eta h lines for 2025 data taking
Tune all requirements of D(s)+ -> eta(') h+
lines for 2025 data taking.
Decay descriptors have been changed to enable reconstructing the eta(') directly.
TOS filter on HLT1TrackMVA and HLT1TwoTrackMVA lines has been added, cuts have been retuned (in some cases they were too tight). Overall the rate is slightly smaller (the efficiency, evaluated on /eos/lhcb/wg/rta/WP3/mdfs_hlt1filtered_307586
, goes from (0.057 +- 0.008)% to (0.051 +- 0.008)%).
