Update Drell-Yan HLT2 lines for 2025 data taking

To help with the flexibility of the Drell-Yan lines:

• Changes from saving just tracks, to saving the raw banks
• move from MINIP to OWNPVIP

Reduces the event size.

Bandwidth impact

approx. halved the avg. event size for each of the DY lines, with no change to rate. -> Halves the DY BW

At HLT2: this corresponds to ~20 MB/s saved from Turbo

At Sprucing: ~15 MB/s saved from QEE's Turbo BW
