First test of updated DiMuon tracking efficiency lines for 2025

Main changes:

  • Lower pT cut for the probe
  • Increase MuonPID cut for the tag
  • Unify track chi2 cuts for the tag.
  • Increase ghost prob cut for the tag in MuonUT
  • Remove persist reco and only save all long tracks

Might need to move to Turbo, the changes in hlt2_pp_2024.py are only for testing.
