Draft: Optimize BforSpectroscopy with Dalta rho and sumPT

bandq_deltaRhoCut into bandq_development
  • Apply a Delta rho > 0.2mm cut for B2Dhh, B2Dhhh, and B2Dmunu decays
  • tighten sumPT back to >5 GeV for Dhh and Dhhh modes, keep >4 GeV for B->Dh
  • apply make_detached_{psi}_tight() on all auto_PsiX lines
