Bs->Kmunu and Bs ->Kenu : split of same-sign lines and fake lines changes

  1. The same-sign lines (background) have been split from the opposite-sign lines (signal), so that it is possible to apply dedicated pre-scales to the same-sign lines and reduce the bandwidth. The SS sample has not a 0.1 pre-scale.
  2. "fake kaon and fake muon (electron)" lines, that were missing, have been introduced. They are needed to study misID correlations.
  3. The fake muon definition has been changed to InMuon & pidMu<3, which seems more appropriate for the mis-ID studies in the Bs->Kmunu analysis. This implies a change in the base_builder.py which affects the fake muon pimunu line, using the same builder. The effect on pimunu has not been checked, nor if it is the appropriate choice for pimunu.

Change in HLT2 bandwidth on a local test: from 2.838 to 2.804 GB/s
