Reducing the momentum cut in the DY HLT2 line
After the optimization done by L.Dufour in !4310 (merged), the Drell-Yan HLT2 line BW was decreased by 50%. In this MR we decrease the muon momentum cuts from 10 GeV (and 17.5 GeV) to 6 GeV in order to have access to the low-pT muons. This kinematic region is crucial for TMD physics.

- Bandwidth test : SPRUCE (turbo) : Moore_hlt2_and_spruce_bandwidth: Total rate = 176.30 kHz - change of 0.22 kHz (0.12%) vs. reference. Total bandwidth = 2.14 GB/s - change of 0.02 GB/s (0.94%) vs. reference.
