Draft: ProbNNe/ProbNNmu 2025 tupling + training (!4450) · Merge requests · LHCb / Moore · GitLab

Based on !3252 (closed). Codes for tupling and training the ProbNNs for electrons and muons. Some code changes were made:

run_reconstruction() and Reconstruction() are now in RecoConf.config (https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Moore/-/blob/f32505ade88937dc3ab2bb8bf7a47bb2e3898244/Hlt/RecoConf/options/hlt2_globalpid_train_data_muon.py#L15)
make_muon_hits() is now in RecoConf.muonid (https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Moore/-/blob/f32505ade88937dc3ab2bb8bf7a47bb2e3898244/Hlt/RecoConf/options/hlt2_globalpid_train_data_muon.py#L92)
The calo reconstruction lines (95 & 96) are not needed since we want calo_raw_bank=True and this is already the default option (https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Moore/-/blob/f32505ade88937dc3ab2bb8bf7a47bb2e3898244/Hlt/RecoConf/options/hlt2_globalpid_train_data_muon.py#L95)
