Optimise d0_to_hh mu-tagged
Tighten cuts to reduce BW of d0_to_hh mu-tagged lines
Following these instructions, I get no change in the tape BW running all the charm modules (0.710 GB/s), and a small reduction in disk BW (from 0.632 to 0.619 GB/s).
The rates of the lines are reduced by a factor 2-3 (the statistic of the test sample is too low, but I checked the effect on the cuts on 2024 data, and the reduction in rate is in that ballpark):
