T track H to mu mu updates

Adds a same-sign line for HtoMuMu TT to study combinatorial background shape

Retunes selection, increases efficiency by about 10%

Persists raw banks for future studies

Moves exclusive B -> K(*) (H -> mu mu) lines to sprucing, tightens kaon PID cuts to reduce multiple candidates issue

very small decrease to HLT2 turbo, very small increase to spruce turbo

No change to HLT2 full stream expected

Dependent on Rec!4233 (merged) and !4262 (merged) (T track Calo PID)
