Where

• D^0 LT is this change in the default D^0 builder
• ∆z requirement is z(K^0_S)- z(D^0) > 10 (220) mm for LL (DD) candidates
• TISTOS requires any of the following lines to be TOS or TIS on the D^* (D^0) candidate for the prompt (D^0) builders
