Additional tracking lines for SMOG2 2025
This merge request adds MuonUT and Downstream J/psi -> mu mu tracking lines for SMOG2.
The lines were tested on SMOG2 pp+pAr minimum bias data filtered with a 2025-like HLT1 configuration. Most of the SMOG2 J/psi lines have zero rate in the tests, as can be seen in the figure below showing the HLT2 rate results from the test. A few lines have non-zero rate but are a very small contribution relative to the existing tracking lines.
Total bandwidth of the new lines: 0.0036 GB/s
