HLT2 trigger lines for Dark Higgs to dimuon with Downstream tracks

Implementation of a Dark Higgs di-muon full line Hlt2QEE_HtoMuMu_DD (H'->mu mu) with Downstream tracks, in order to test for a more inclusive approach in long live particle searching such as single(double) Dark Higgs. A same-sign dimuon line has been implemented for background studies
