Add HLT1 filtering to HLT2 SL lines
Description
Add HLT1 filtering to HLT2 SL lines, inspired by Michel's MR to limit the BW on tape
The current MR implements the HLT1 event-level filters centrally to all HLT2 semileptonic lines, except for the Btracking ones.
I tried to reduce the number of filters to 10 different cases, depending on the different topology of the decays:

In some corner cases, additional lines, such as downstream photons, lambdas, and Ks, are added to the filters mentioned above.
