With Changes:
Ran over 10,000 events. full_writer = 431 turbo_writer: 431 Full-stream filesize = 18 MB.
Without Changes:
Ran over 10,000 events. full_writer = 431 turbo_writer: 431 Full-stream filesize = 18 MB.
Conclusion:
Change to QEE's Turbo Rate = 0 Change to QEE's Turbo BW = 0 Change to QEE's Full-stream Rate = 0 Change to QEE's Full-stream BW = 0
