Update LowMassDielectron lines to the new HLT1 liens
Depends on this Allen!1890 (merged). It changes filters on HLT1 lines plus adds a normalization line to account for the different PID cuts in HLT1. It relies on a scaled down HLT1 line. It also modifies the prompt selection to be actually NoIP. We also tighten the PT cuts.
Current bandwidth impact
No relevant impact since I'm only adding a prescaled line to normalize the displaced to prompt.
Bandwidth change after update to HLT1
Since this is filtering on new HLT1 lines I don't think we can use your proposed data to check. I will use simulation and paste here as asked per the policy.
