Bc2D(s)*gamma lines with photon conversion

Adds Bc2D(s)*gamma lines with conversion photon as we expect there can be problems due to the absence of a vertex in the Ds*gamma decay for the calo photon case

• Add Bc2D(s)*gamma lines with DD and LL converted photon
• Improved selections for Ds* and D*+ builders to have better efficiency from the low-energy soft photons/pions

The BcToDsstGamma builder requires much tighter (and quite inefficient) selections on the Dsst because there is no B vertex
